THE President: Mbuih Zukane Retruyap is a senior Youth Development Consultant and a Post Graduate Researcher in the International Relations Institute of Cameroon, Majoring in International Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development. mBUIH works in the University of Dschang, Cameroon as a coordinator of socio-cultural Activities and youth leadership, since 2009. mBUIH has been in the domain of NGOs since 2004, as a co-founder and secretary General of an NGO (LIFEAID). Being so passionate about cultural integration, dialogue and tolerance, he founded this organization. mbuih has initiated best practices and outreach programs, gearing towards youth sustainable development, cultural integration and mean-streaming of minorities, immigrants, indigenous people, the marginalized and vulnerable youths.
THE PROJECT COORDINATOR:
EUGENA SHUNGZIE is a Senior Youth Development Consultant and an expert in Development issues. eUGENA holds a Masters in Project Management. EUGENA has more than 5 years experience in Project management. EUGENA is the Coordinator of socio-cultural activities in the University of Buea-Cameroon. He is also a cultural expert and a specialist in Dance, role plays and Theatre for Development.
THE SECRETARY GENERAL:
Djami Tchouanto Elodie Carine, is a BioChemist and a Researcher by profession, with impeccable abilities to speak, read and write English and French Languages. She is the current financial Secretary of the West Regional League of the Cameroonian Table Tennis Federation. She is a replica of cultural integration in Cameroon. Born from French speaking Cameroon, but studied in English education, lived in 9 out of the 10 Regions of Cameroon, she is truly Cameroon in Miniature. She has indomitable abilities in computing and report writting.
THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY: Nembot Lawrel studies Bio medical Sciences in the University of Dschang. She has been a student leader back in her early years as she was her school's Senior Prefect. She is a co-founder of "Ngoketunjia Female Scientists Association", aimed at promoting female education and sciences in her Division of origin.
THE HEAD OF ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS :
Labah Eric, is also a Youth Development Consultant. 2 years after his graduation from the Institute of Youth and Sports, he was appointed a Delegate of Youth Affairs in Funghom Subdivision. Besides, . He is very meticulous and has an eye for details, that is why he has never failed in managing and administering people, especially youths..
The Executive Bureau
The President- The President is the head of the executive bureau.
-The president shall represent Intercultural Alliance for Development in all relevant national and international meetings / programs.
The Secretary General (SG)
- The SG ise in charge of the archives of the Association
-The SG produces reports of all activities of the association during general assembly meetings, executive bureau meetings and where need be.
The Financial Secretary
-The financial secretary records all financial transactions of the organization and keeps records.
Public Relation Officer (PRO)
-Is master of ceremony, and is main organizer of Intercultural Alliance for Development meetings and public occasions.
Auditor
-Carries a routine auditing of Intercultural Alliance for Development.
- Collaborates with external auditors in order to facilitate their work.

- Monitors, evaluates and follow-up all projects
THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER: Whuseni Patouse is a Youth Development consultant, working in the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Cameroon. He has an outstanding talents in Community Development and Organization. He is the head of many community development organization as well as unrivaled abilities to work with youth groups.
THE AUDITOR: Bebgha Ernestine Nubia Tata is a Chattered accountant by profession and a Post Graduate ACCA student. She has more than 5 years of experience in auditing and book keeping. She has worked with Guiness Cameroon sa, Core Minning Company, Cameroon as an Auditor.
THE HEAD OF LEGAL MATTERS: Shiwoh Sule Fakembe is a Masters II Law student in the University of Yaounde 2 and at thesame time a Postgraduate Student in the International Relations Institute (IRIC). Studying International Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development. He has a rich experience in with INGOs as well as local NGOs
City, and my current residence is in Mexico City. I practice parkour
(it changed me completely) and I swim too. I’m a student of
International Relations. I’m very concerned about the social and
cultural issues that surround me, and about the problems that the
entire world is facing nowadays. I’ve been part of several
organizations since 2011, the first one being my university’s
International Relations association, where I, with several other
students, organized several cultural events where we tried to approach
the students to other cultures. I was part of AIESEC Mexico too, where
I was part of the incoming exchange team. Now, I’m part of Global
Changemakers in Estado de México where we’ve been working on blood
donation campaigns, as well as fundraising to help marginalized
groups.
